    PH no longer effective

    The last 3 cycles of my PH have not been ver effective. I know the stuff I got is good cause these are old stock with the same batch numbers. When I first started several years back I would put on a average of 15-20lbs but ever since this last few cycles I find it very difficult to put on even 5lbs. I usually run a 4week cycle with one month of clomid and one additional month off. I have various PH which include mdrol,Pmag,and spawn. I am not sure if I should add tamoxifen to my pct with clomid to improve on my next cycle. I've increases my protein and carb intake and the results are still the same. Any ideas. Thanks

    Your profile says you have used test, deca and dbol. Why the fuk are you still screwin with PH's?

    What have your last ph cycles looked like exactly?? I've been curious about the new pro hormones running around bc my brother and all his friends are starting off here ass many of us did in the beginning..... Honestly most talk shit about ph but honestly no steroid cycle has yet to yield the gains and progress of my first heavy ph cycle....

    I can't get the good stuff anymore. I use to use only pharm grade stuff but when my source stopped carrying I went tu UGL and that in itself is risky.

    Height 5'9" I used to be 5'10.5" I guess all those shoulder shrugs compressed my spine.lol
    195lbs
    38 yrs old
    11% bf
    Goal is to get to 225lbs with about 10%bf
    Firtst cycle was test "Galenika brand" after a few cycles of that I added DECA and dbol.
    Been lifting for about 17 yrs started at 160 lbs on my first cycle. The heaviest I got was 205, lately i have been having a hard time maintaining 195 and thats during a cycle.when i am off cycle i dip down to 185.

    A friend told me that I need to take additional time off cause my receptors are saturated. Is there any truth to that?

    No. You need to dial in nutrition and training; youre not keeping your gains and getting the yo-yo effect because those aspects are lacking. after 17 years, at the same height I have better stats than you and far less cycles.

    up your intake on cycle for better gains, find ways to improve your training.

    and ditch the ph's. (mdrol is NOT a ph, just fyi. its methasterone maarketed at a dietary supplement.)
