When to test for HRT?

Tomorrow marks my 6th week and 6 days since I started taking 100mg of Test-C per week. I have a follow up appointment with my PCP in two weeks for a follow up. My PCP just wants to see how I feel at the current dose he does not want labs done. However, I intend to get labs done through another doctor (an HRT clinic) out of my network at my own expense because I want to know where I am at.

Tomorrow is when I will get the blood drawn. Also, I was taking 300IU of HCG 3 times a week and I stopped taking it last wednesday. I stopped taking the HCG because I wanted a, somewhat, unbiased test result.

Do you guys think I gave adequate time off of the HCG?

I am also planning on another blood draw on this coming monday morning. Since I inject on Fridays I figured Monday would be near the peak.

Do you guys agree with that Monday is near the peak of the drugs action?

Im starting to get a bit worried after reading other guys on a similar protocol and that their labs come back with dismal numbers!

If you plan on using HCG in your protocol you need blood work while taking said protocol. Your results are now going to be skewed since your test and E2 levels will be different than if you were still taking HCG.

I want to eventually stop the hcg because its costing me $200 a month. That's the reason why I stopped taking it for this test.

Do you have a script for the HCG? If so ...you need to shop around, there are several very popular compound pharmacies that sell HCG for a quarter of what your paying , and at your dosage a single 10,000 vial that would last you 2 months.

I did call a few of the compounding pharmacies in my area and they all quoted me similar prices. The cheapest was $170 but I would have to drive an hour to pick it up.

don't limit yourself to just local compounding pharmacies ...they are lots of them across the US and they do mail order, your DOC will have to fax the script to them ...then they fed ex it to you ...Google !!!!

I had my blood tested this morning before my next shot of 100mg Test-C. I pin on fridays so this should be the lowest level. I am going to get another set of labs done on monday to see what the peak is.
