Would appreciate advice on my new proposed cycle and training, even if its to tell me it's crap! I'm looking to gain lean muscle and increase physical endurance .
Cycle experience - 2 cycles
first cycle 12 weeks test e 500 with dBol 50 mg ed for first 5 weeks.
2nd cycle 14 was test c 600 ew final 7 weeks var 70mg ed. both had full pct
Stats. I'm 29, 5'10 205 lbs. bf 16% I WILL NOT START CYCLE UNTIL BF LESS THAN 15%
Proposed cycle-
1-14wk. Test c 600 ew
7-14 wk. var 70mg ed
Ai on hand liquidex, pct liquid clomi 75/75/50/35
Liquid tamox 40/20/20/20
Running hcg throughout
Training
Monday am - weights- chest, shoulders, triceps 45-1 hr
Pm - cardio , mma training, pads and circuit training 1 hr
Tuesday - cardio - boxing 30 sprints 20
Wednesday - weights back and biceps 45-1 hr
Thursday am Cardio jogging 30 mins boxing pads 20-30
Pm - mma pads, circuits and sparring
Friday - weights legs and abs 45-1hr
Pads - 20 mins
Saturday and Sunday - rest
Diet is on point, 5 meals a day, 350 grams protein, complex carbs - brown rice, brown pasta
Fruit and green veg
