The only question i have is how good is the quality and do they come in capsule form or what?

Well, the quality is top notch, and you are getting the bulk seed. You can just grind the seed to powder in a $20 coffee grinder and put it in your protein shake (like me). Or if you want it in caps they sell 400 empty gel caps ($6.15) and a cap-m-quik for filling 50 caps at a time ($6.95).
