How much is "not too much water"? Drink more, you'll hold less. Don't deprive your body of fluids.

Drinking a lot of water will only bloat your belly and fill it up. That's not body bloat. More water in will allow you to shed more subcutaneous water so less bloat.

The Dbol can bloat you up because of E2 activity, hence watch your Estrogen level.

OP really. You are a roofer and you are worried about holding water so you are not drinking much Hello ????, a hello anyone home in there. More water I will shed you more water and you, you must stay hydrated. Even if you're not on a roof. Your muscles are about 70 % water. If I'm not accurate on that well some one chime in but the for the most part I'm close. You want to build muscle you better eat and drink fluids.
