Hey I'm taking Clen pills like that. Are they kind of tiny? Do they give you INSOMINIA?! Jeez your body temp. will raise out the roof. I've cut 9 pounds of fat and put on lean muscle with them. Raw I've benched 385 for 3 sets of 1 weight 233 (non anabolic). We poped a double deniem bench shirt on today I hit 475 with a shirt. Thats not bad. I'd say take the pills on an empty stomach and do like 500 crunches in the morning. That kicked but for me. I got before pictures and my mid section has went away pretty rapid while keeping all strenght and adding some as well.
