and its 300mg the cycle is suppost to be 2 1ml a week so it ends up being 600mg a week my age is 29 I weigh 197 and my body fat is from 15 to 20 % I only done the body fat on a scale that test for that so not to sure if its right my diet is pretty good I take in 200 grams of protein I get about 3000 to 3500 calories a day I stay away from pasta and bread I been working out for four years now but only with weights for a couple of months now the reson why is weights wear not available so I did use home made weights and pushups with people on your back and squats the same way my I do run 5 miles a day 4 - 6 days a week I am on a 4 on 1 off weight training routine my goals is to well look like ive been working out for four years it sucked not having proper nutrition or weights I am trying to get bigger with lean muscle and cut this body fat I hope this is enough info sorry misspelled my typing sucks been long time since worked a computer
