I have bought some legal steroids from internet it realy hasn't done nothing is it worth or waste and if there is something better were do I get it what do u recommend I am trying to put on size but I have always had a little size natrualy but was a fat kid and my abs are starting to show but I beat my self up and would like something to help me shade last bit of body fat and put on some more muscle

Worth it if you make sure your diet is in check. Otherwise, even anabolic steroids would be a waste. Anything you take will be dependant on your nutritional plan. This is where most fail.

So my diet is in check. Are you telling me that our sponsor or the legal steroids I see advertised in magazines are legit? Obviously I know they're not true AAS's, but do they actually work at all? And are they hepatoxic?

They're not toxic at all. I actually use all the ingredients they have in their mix.
