Mid cycle bloodwork ,estro at 308.9.Was using adex that might have been expired (.25 EOD) aromasin starting today.What should be my starting dose? (liquid) Was worried about hemocrit to but it came in at 44.3. Donated blood after last blast. 50 years old decided to go on slingshot blast and cruise last sept. Everything else looked normal for being on. Used private med labs female hormonal panel.

25mg a day generally but if it's high, you may need to run a higher dose. You'll have to play with it and reset to see if whatever dose you choose is working. Probably at this stage better off with 250mcg Letro daily for a couple weeks.

Thanks Austin. Does ralox have the same effect as letro? Used it for some slight gyno symptoms and it worked well.
