OK i am on week 3 of sust and T3 and the mirror is not showing much change. I am eating about 250g of protein a day and around 100 carbs. I am only about 15% body fat, but it is all in my stomach. My arms, back, legs and shoulders are all shredded, how come everything seems to be gettin cut up except for my stomach? Any ideas on anything i can change? Thanks
