He's getting ready for Terminator 4 and yes he is playing the terminator again
Muscle memory + HRT + HGH can do wonders.
What is weird about being on a machine? If you are only doing free weights you are missing a lot. Never stick to just one routine or type of weights. Make use of everything. At his age the machines are probably a lot safer also especially since he has been away from heavy free weights for a long time.
At this point in his life an injury could mean the end of things.
I'm glad to see he is getting back in the game.
