I do HIIT since its been working well for me to cut up in the past few months. I do a 15 minute session 2-3x a week, after lifting. I have been doing only stationary bike HIIT, since its easy to control. However I really would like to change and would like to know what else I can try it on. I am willing to try anything, EXCEPT sprints. I know they are very popular for HIIT, but my legs/knee joints would not handle it, and I do not want to cause any injury.
Can I do it with the elipctical trainers? With the rowing machine??
