What's the best workout for fat loss?

I need some help on dialing in my workout. I hit the gym 5 days a week for 90 minutes each time. I always start with the elliptical for 15 min as a warm up. On Monday, Wed, Fri I do upper body and Tue, Thur I do lower. I lift pretty heavy at 8-10 reps 3 times. The problem is I am not losing any weight, I am getting bulkier and stronger, but not losing much fat. Should I be lifting lighter at higher reps or should I go extra heavy with less reps?
Are there any products from Ar-r that I can add to my test c that would help?

Nutrition and cardio are biggest drivers of weight loss. A 15 minute warm up isn't going to be enough to drop weight. If you're trying to drop BF you'll need to adjust your daily caloric intake to below your TDEE.

OR---- You can adjust/increase your cardio to expend that extra amount of cals you intake. Its easier for some to eat a normal amount of food and meals but offset the energy expenditure with additional cardio so they don't feel hungry all the time

Yup. Eat less or run more. Intake:Expenditure ratio adjustment.

Yeah these guys are right. Diet controls all gains/losses. But what I found to be quite effective is bursts of sprints for 30s followed by a min of jogging then back to all out sprint for 30s. I believe its called high intensity interval training. It works well for me since I dont like to run much. Give it a shot.

Lifting weights is a great way to burn fat and build muscle, but a majority of us on here can not get away with just lifting to burn fat. Like me, you probably need cardio implemented into your schedule. Like posted above, the only way to shed those pounds is to lower your intake and up your cardio. The optimum goal you should have is maintaining your heart rate in your target fat burning zone for a minimum of 30 minutes. You could also do HIIT, but on an empty stomach, I recommend the low impact cardio. Your heart is not able to tell the difference between running, eliptical, bike, or w.e it is you are doing. Just get your heart rate in that zone and you will see the difference.
