Well this is what i do for my postworkout.
Immediately after workout: 45g of whey mixed with ~50-60g dextrose
Approximately 45-60 min after shake: 50-60g protein in solid food plus as many complex carbs as i can eat until i'm full, but i do not stuff my self, i also take in a multi-vitamin here.
~30 min later i have 20g of whey protein, i usually throw some EFA's in there too.
And thats it for my postworkout weight training. I should not that this is what i use for bulking.
