    Critique my macros please.

    Male
    Height: 5'11
    Weight: 171 lbs
    Body fat: 14% bf
    Lean mass: 148 lbs
    TDEE: 2500 cal
    Bulking intake: 3300

    Macros:

    Protein: 255 g 1020 cal (30.9%)
    Carbs: 345 g 1380 cal (41.8%)
    Fat: 100 g 900 cal (27.3%)

    Also, I will be on cycle soon. I've heard that nutrient intake (specifically protein) should go up a lot while on cycle. As high as 350-400 g, and total calories should go up to 4-5 thousand. Opinions on this?

    I put your TDEE around 2200 - 2300.

    I would stick with a 220g protein, 350g carbs, 50g fats (~2730 cals) just to begin with. Depends on how long you are training and experience. the more experience you have I feel you should look to gain a little slower.

    From there you can add cals on a weekly basis or every couple days depending on gains.

    As far as cycles go I have no experience so should not and cant comment.

    ^^ I agree. TDEE puts you in the 2,200 range. I'd add about 500 cals for a bulk.
