    a little confused about PCT

So one thing that has gotten me a little confused is AI's SARM's and PCT!

not the area to be confused in imo!

I understand what the difference between an AI and a SARM is but it's the specific use I'm having trouble with.
The question on my mind is under what circumstances would someone use an on cycle SARM/AI and when would you use them post cycle and when possibly both ON and POST?

I have been reading about clomid, amiridex, and nolvadex in the profiles section and I'm just starting to confuse myself..

Could someone possibly try to simplify it for me? Specifically when or with what type of drugs an on cycle support vs/or in conjunction with PCT should be used.

    SERM. Selective estrogen, not androgen.

Understanding estrogenic function and effects will help you understand how they're used.

Sorry SARM was a mistype!... I did mean SERM. but your article looks perfect for me! I'm at work and only had a chance to read a bit but I'm excited to look at it again. Looks like it will help me out for sure. Thanks!!

Okay so I had a chance to read your article. VERY GOOD! It did teach me a lot and everyone should read it. However I don't feel like my question is quite answered.

Mainly what I am trying to grasp is at what point in a steroid cycle is estrogen control required? And are the different methods used at a different specific time or situation?

For example let's say I want to use 500mg of testosterone enanthate/wk for 10 weeks.. Just the test plain and simple for my slow brain to comprehend haha

In a HYPOTHETICAL THEORY! if I was getting blood tests done every week and my estrogen levels were within safe proper amounts I wouldn't need any estrogen correction.. AI/SERM

So.. is it recommended to start taking an AI along with the test-e? Or a SERM? or does one or the other specifically belong in PCT? or do they both? Obviously 5 weeks in if I get a blood test and my levels are high I'm going to want to start some counter measures.

I'm just confused with what medications belong at what time during the cycle.

Sorry if I'm being difficult.. I promise I'm not just lazy and won't read just a bit of a slow learner I guess

Estrogen control is required from day 1 and shouldn't be discontinued until PCT starts.

    Does that help?

    Yes it does!

So essentially every cycle should contain AI during cycle and SERM after is this correct?

Correct. Because every cycle should contain Testosterone as a base, which is aromatizable compound. Other compounds aromatize as well of course. But not all.
