So today I did a push day of 5 sets or bench press 5 sets shoulder press and 5 sets weighted dips would it be too much of I go train biceps and triceps tomorow with a freind ???

Depends on how well you are able to recruit your pecs and delts over your triceps in your pushing workout.
If on gear probably, but I wouldn't if you don't fully recover then there is really no point of working them out again. But hey if they feel great and your set on working them out it ain't going to hurt anything...
