Clomid dosages for test/var cycle

Finishing up running an 8 week cycle of test prop at 100mg eod and var at 60mg Ed. Have clomid and Nolva ready to go. Yesterday was my last shot of prop and tomorrow are my last doses of var.
now I had blood test run before and had a pretty low t count of 350. Was thinking of doing the following
Nolva 20/20/20/20/20
Clomid 100/75/50/50

Would this be appropriate or should I run them at higher dosages due to the low t count from the beginning.
