Deca inj. duratons Q/A

I am stuggling with Deca half-life durations. Bascially, Deca has a half-life of 6 days, meaning it reduced by 50% every 6 days..i.e. day 0 200mg, thus day 6 there is 100mg residant, day 12 25mg, day 18 12.5mg, etc. See attached spreadsheet for my data, might be helpful in planning you cycle.

Question- What is the general opinion on deca duration, per injection? Every 4 days? every 3....what's your thoughts?

I'm trying to distill a proper regiment to balance the in vito load...and titrate for expected weekly mg's. I look forward to your responses.
