    New guy from brisbane :) keen to start a cycle, dont know what or how much to use.

    Any help/advice would be appreciated...heard a few good things about tren?
    I'm 180cm 9%bf at 80kilos I'm meeting my daily macros (3300) train a 3 day split chest back legs...

    Hi and welcome! Im new too. I have a cuestion. You only can train 3 days per week? Cause if u do gonna do a cycle nd u dont train enough u aré not going to have as much gains as if ull spend more time at the gym. Also it requires other factors to big gains such as nutrtition, but i think that u should think about extend ur workout routine workuing out up to 4-5 days a weeks to maximize ur gains on cycle on my opinión. Cause protein sinthesis doesnt builds muscle just makes recovering faster therfore u can train more and more intensive. It just my opinión

    No sorry I meant I train mon tue we'd rest fri sat sun rest tues wed thurs etc etc. my dietis awesome, I've put on 20 kilos all natty since 09

    Oh thats good man!. Okok thtas fines then. I have no idea qbout tren man. Im a learner lool. But if u ever want me to check ur nutrtition plan or ur routine etc. Dont hesitate to ask me ill be please to help!!

    Lol yeah ima learner to, to many half pumps I know doing aas for the first time and not training or doing it right, wanna get the knowledge to do it right the first time
