the slower u go bro the better it wont disturb muscle fibers as much .as if u go real fast the oil dosent have time to dissaapte also massage vigorously for 5 min .post injection .

May be a little sore for a few days bro, but as big n suggests, try injecting as slow as you can its alot less painful.

The knot is not a result of the slow injection. You will thank yourself tomorrow when your ass feels normal... if you do it too fast the pain can last forever!
