I am not new to lifting! I have been out for awhile. I am 41 yrs old 6 ft 260 pounds. Right around 20% body fat. I have been eating really clean for a couple mths now. I have lost about 30 pounds and thinking of starting a cycle. Could someone give me the break down on daily doses? Or some suggestions as to what I could do to keep loosing fat and keep gaining muscle. I work out with weights 6 times a week and some cardio 3 times a week. Meals are high in protein and low carbs. Maybe a couple times a month I will load up on carbs before heavy days. Thanks for your help and suggestions.
•Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate or Testosterone-Cypionate: 250mg-500mg per week
• Week 7-12 Winstrol 50mg every other day
•Week 13-15 you will take nothing and let the testosterone begin to clear out
•Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day
•Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day
