Hi Everyone..... Just came across the website and I am floored by all the great information in these forums. I made a mistake a couple weeks back; so waiting on starting up a more intense muscle building program. In the meantime it's been great to read about personal experience and what's worked best for my body type and work out style.
I worked out very intense for many years before the kids and was able to maintain a 220lb frame at 6ft, kids are growing so I have more time to get refocused on me again. I am back down to the 190lb range and look forward to getting my thickness and swagger back... Thanks for taking a read and I look forward to learning more!!
