    NAC vs liv52 DS/liver protection

Which one of these would be the best to go with ? Iv'e always used the liv52 DS version but after reading up on NAC it looks a lot better. Question is can it xhibit potent hepatoprotective properties against chemically-induced hepatotoxicity and restore the functional efficiency of the liver by protecting the hepatic parenchyma and promoting hepatocellular regeneration like liv52 Ds claims to...whats you're input guys and personal choices or is there anything better.

These 2 also popped up UDCA and TUDCA...kinda complicated now on which one is the best out of the four for protecting against chemically-induced hepatotoxicity, restore function and promote regeneration.

NAC supercedes all of the above.

600mg NAC daily is what I use year round. If I cycle, I increase to 1200, if I run oral steroids, 1800 to 2400 daily. Liver is very healthy.

Sounds good, any adverse effects ? Has it been proven to regenerate the liver and protect against all sorts of toxins that cause damage. How would you compare it to liv52

Notice that most of the studies are related to paracetamol intoxication...what about alcohol and other toxins

It works. You can type whatever you want in the search box. I just typed nac and liver.

NAC. The other stuff may work, but NAC is the most proven and least expensive. + I actually know how and why it works (replenishes glutathione stores), whereas liv52 is an herbal mystery.

You're over analyzing it boxer. Hell, read the side effects of vitamin c and it should be a controlled substance! It'll scare you.

I have used liv52 for years. But I have now added NAC. I have no idea if liv52 is snake oil or not but I now take both.
