I eat 1/2 avocado per day. Sliced it and used it as a mayonnaise substitute in my tuna sandwich. tuna is too fvcking dry to choke down without some oil/fat additive. The macros on this sandwich with 100% whole grain bread is awesome. Thinking of upping my consumption to 2 sandwiches per day ( 1 whole avocado)

Roughly one a week, typically in a salad.

LOVE avacado, was eating 1 a day, just scooping it right out of the 'shell' with a little lime juice squeezed over the top. Problem is, for some reason they don't sit well in my stomach, so I had to tone it down a bit.

I tried that since 1/2 didn't seem to bother my stomach much. Problem is they turn so damn fast, even with the addition of some citrus.

One of our neighbors has one also. Seeing your food grow is awesome.

Ya I was curious how many people on here were eatin them sounds like there's a lot. I usually make tuna, chicken, salmon, or refried beans wraps like to switch it up spread a whole avocado on the wrap.

So does anyone no how eating avocado could benefit you?

how much do avocados cost in places where they don't grow? I live in california, avocado farming goes on locally and they still cost a dollar a piece even here. Lucky for me I know people that have trees so rarely have to buy them. For those of you here who live in the UK, Canada etc how much does one avocado cost?

    Milkshake doesn't sound very appetizing.

We always have them in the house. Add them to salads, sandwich/wraps, or eat them on their own. I make a killer guacamole as well!!
