    Night sweats and trouble sleeping on test

    Does anybody else get this? Kind of annoying, I live in a hot area as it is.

    Sleep on a towel. Then when you wake up in the middle of the night just toss it for a somewhat "fresh" bed.

    I sweat like a pig when I sleep - whether I'm on the gear or not! I don't know if its something to do with training/diet etc., cos loads of bodybuilders seem to do the same!
