    Weight loss and lphysical well being

    So, I am about to head overseas for a year. I am going to a country where supplements are easy to get. I was to lose belly fat, (I am not too bad off) but being 38 I am not finding the motivation or energy like I used to. I am 5' 9.5 (yes that .5 is important haha). I have done 6 cycles in my past and did well on them. But reading recent posts I think I was not doing them correctly. here is what I was taking approximately...
    Week 1.
    Sunday- 2ml Deca/2ML Sustanin
    Thursday- 2ml Deca/2ml Sustanin
    week 2.
    Monday - Same
    Friday- same

    I basically went every 4 days like that and I only used Nolvadex as an estrogen blocker. I basically just jumped in with no experience. I am also going to a place where HGH is available. I have seriously been considering this due to my many body aches and pains.. Let me know what you guys think is the best course of action. I appreciate it.

    My Stats are 5' 9.5" 210-215 lbs. I have a solid frame and gain fast.
