Good work! How many cycles have you run in that time? What were your stats before cycle #1 (weight / bf% / any size measurements if you got them) and after the cycle? I am looking forward to my first!

I started too early. I had one year of natty lifting before I started. I planned to wait longer but decided to do a powerlifting meet and went on cycle (fall 2011). I was 178 when I started my first cycle. Put on 10lbs of muscle. Next cycle 5 months later. Shot up to 205 but was not quite as lean. Next one that fall, got up to 210 but leaned up some. Next cycle was spring 2013 and got up to 222 but was very watery from dbol. Dropped to 213ish once I stopped. Most recent cycle was this summer. I did not try to gain weight as I compete at 198 in powerlifting and had nationals in June. So I strictly ate a calorie deficit with some cardio this summer. I typically do shorter 8 week cycles of short esters. My training has been for strength, not size. All I cared about was increasing that squat, bench, and deadlift.

done good man, but I gotta say you got more patience than me. I went there in about 6 months believe it or not. I don't think I could keep on at like I am without seeing results fast. I was gainin almost a pound a day when I first got back in but anyway its about you and not me.Again, you have done a great job, and stay massive.

I've been lifting three years. Always lifted serious. My hardest thing is staying healthy. I always seem injured in some fashion. In competition at 198, my best lifts are 515/315/675. Thats of course a below parallel squat and paused bench. There are some videos in the powerlifting section. In the gym I have squatted 585, just recently have been improving bench and up around 365 paused. I've pulled a 700lb deadlift twice. Although I feel I can do more than that right now since increasing my muscle mass. I won't do another meet until next year most likely since going up in class. Need to get much stronger for 220.

Was that on the gear? And when you say you paused with that 365, did you mean like a 1 second pause? That's usually what we do. That's good lifts for 198. I get to train with a couple of powerlifters at my gym. They could care less how they looked they just wanna be strong as hell. I like looking good myself strength comes second for me.

Do you also like to use a belt when doing those deads and squats?

I use a belt when I max yes. And yes on cycle. The pause is probably half a second to a second, depends on the judge though, sometimes they **** you.

OnTheSauce, you've been blasting and cruising for several years now right? Not to take away from your awesome results, just didn't want other people thinking you were running the typical 2 aas cycles per year with PCT and obtaining those results.

Since April 2012. I do 3 cycles a year (two 8 week and one 12 week) and cruise the other months on a trt dose. I've completed 5 cycles
