    Many questions for the beginner

Hi all. I am new here and new to this type of forum discussion so please forgive my ignorance and naiveness in advanced.

I started out at age 14 a scrawny little guy. 6' 130 lbs ... Not much to look at. I discovered weight gainer shakes and got a gym membership and fell in love with health and fitness. Still 6' but ranging between 185-190 lbs these days ... I don't look too bad now. I am currently 39 and in great shape. I work out as often as I can but being a working man I can't work out nearly as much as when I was a kid but still try to get to the gym 4-5 days a week.

One of my biggest challenges has been my arms and I have completely plateaued on my strength and size.

I have been taking 2 iu's of hgh for about 6 months. I love the benefits of overall health but have not received any increase in muscle mass. Getting tone with it, sleeping better, overall state of mind is awesome but hgh is not a muscle builder.

I am looking into some other options. I definitely don't want to win body building competitions but I would like put on a few pounds of muscle and get a little shredded in the process. So now for my questions ...

    1. Are injectables better than pills or vice versus.

    2. What would be a good stack to use to gain about 20 lbs. my understanding is I will loose some when I stop so I figured if I gained 20 by the time my body adjusted back to normal I would be right where I want to be and should be able to maintain based on my current routine.

    3. Based on the research I have done it looks like you need to have a degree in chemistry. I don't want to end up with bitch tits or have severe acne as a result. Any suggestions on Pre ... During ... Post cycle items I need to get so it is safe and relatively healthy would be much appreciated.

I have a great source for product so no troubles there ... just a little unsure what to get.

Any and all help would be much appreciated.

    Welcome,
Answers are here, stick with the simplest. The most difficult part of the research IMO is PCT because the protocall (HCG after cycle is now during cycle) changed in the last few years. Stick to 2010 and after for PCT info.
