Well, diet would have been the first thing you want to figure out and your intake should be dependant on your goals. You may benefit more from the nutrition section. Otherwise this would be a random cycle with no goals. Which generally, produces nothing.

Uhh. Stats? How long have you been training?
I have been lifting for about 4 years ...but I wouldn't mind losing some BF%
hit up the nutrition section. Sounds like you need to figure out what you are trying to do. Regardless of whether you are cutting or bulking protein intake should be high obviously. The cals/carbs/ fats you will have to figure out on your own. Its actually a little late for that but good luck bro.
From your Avi your should stop the test right away as you dont have a base to build on.
Hit the diet and train sections to figure out what your doing wrong, after 4 years of training you look like you never touched a weight. Not a flame just an observation.
It sounds harsh but they are right. I have learned tons from this board, and I thought I knew a lot when I got here. I didn't know crap. And I'm still learning.
i agree with the others build a base, if not youll regret it in the end, and keep cycling thinking more is better, once you have the base training and nutrition down then you can add fuel
