training twice a day for size and bf loss?

I'm going back to school soon and was contemplating running a cycle of test prop only. However I changed my mind and realize I don't want to hop on the sauce for another few years at least. I'm looking for some input by some guys who know their nutrition and supplements.

My stats are as follow :
    185cm 6ft
    185lbs
    Age 21
    Training experience 3 years
    Bf roughly 15%

    Here's some pics of myself.

Yeah I known it's not that's why I'm trying to get that size but don't want to gain too much weight from fat, because I gain fat around my tits which sucks.

My neck broke looking at the pics. Your body would benefit more from rest than it would from frequent workouts. The only time I think it's ok to train twice daily, is when one of the sessions is cardio only.

    No need for juice.

You don't look like you lift at all. You can learn all you need to grow without juice if you just start reading. This place has all you need.

I'll definitely be doing cardio in the AM along with stretches and either abs or calves (something I can do in 20 mins). Austinite what do you think I should be working on most? Also should I sleep 8 hours minimum? I've heard 6-8 hours is good enough.

Food wise, bulk style diet? Surplus of calories?

    You've had good feedback.

My input is to suggest that you learn how to eat properly and diet according to goals. Right now. I would suggest you don't worry about dropping BF. you need to add mass, lots of it.
You don't need to train twice a day, you need to focus on compound lifts, if you don't have a routine, I would strongly suggest HIT, Marcus has a good thread on it.

That's not a dig, take it as constructive.

Edit** yes. Sleep is important. If you don't recover you'll end up on a downward slope to overtraining and exhaustion.

Just to add, when he is saying compound lifts he is talking about Squats, Deadlifts, Bench, Rows, Press. These require all your muscles to work together to perform a single act. Nothing like isolation does. These will add mass to your whole body.

This is the HIT thread by Marcus that krugerr was suggesting - http://forums.steroid.com/lifting-te...-training.html

Personally, from a fellow novice lifter. I would suggest some program like Starting Strength or Stronglifts which are both very simple 5X5 workouts. Simple as in not complicated that is.

Don't expect miracles in 4 weeks though. You are young though, you will make very good gains.
