New to group getting back in gym

Just want to say hello and excited about the group. Just getting back in the gym and serious after about a year off due to injury. In that year I have gone from about 175 to 200lbs at 5'9". Did a blood work up the other day and the Dr said my T level was low for my age (42). So lots of questions. I have done 2 maybe 3 cycles in my lifetime. At this time I have 50cc of sus250, 10cc of equipoise, and 75 winstrol tabs. The win is 100mg per tab. I had never heard of 100 mg win tabs. Looking for information on cycles. My goal is not to be bodybuilder or huge. I want to put back on the muscle I lost and get rid of some of the body fat. Would like info around high intense training as I hate cardio.

    Welcome,
You are in a good place here. Heads up-members will expect that you take advantage of all the info on here before you ask questions. In regard to HIIT, it burns calories, it doesn't build. You can use it to get lean but not put on muscle.
