Hi everyone! I'm new here as you guys can tell.
I'm just getting into this side of bodybuilding and I've been doing things natty for a while. I have around 4 years of lifting under my belt so far, and my main goal is putting on weight and being as strong as I can be.

Im currently 6'3 255lbs.
Bench 365
Squat 525
Deadlift 600
PowerClean 315

My weight is stalling and my main focus is to eventually hit somewhere around 270-275. I would also like to be somewhat lean and quick at this weight.

My hope in using this forum is that I learn how to make even more progress with my body and that I can become a better athlete in the process. I also hope to make some friends here and be a helping member of the community as I study and learn from the older folks here.
