    okay to train chest 3 times a week on cycle ???

    okay so basically im 8 weeks into my 14 week cycle last 6 weeks being 600mg test & 100mg anavar my main goal is strength increase not too worried about adding mass so i was wondering if this progmramme would work for me as my goal is to go from a 130kg bench press max to 150kg in 5/6 weeks


    monday: push/pull (power)
    so do some power rack training 5 sets 5 on chest press
    deadlifts in power rack 5 sets of 5
    barebell shoulder press in the rack 5 sets of 5
    weighted dips 5 sets of 5

    tuesday: legs
    5 sets of 5 reps squat
    5 sets of 5 reps front squat
    5 sets leg extensions

    wednesday: push/pull (hypertrophy/conditioning)
    dumbell chest press 5 sets 10 reps
    lat pull ups 5 sets 10 reps
    standing dumbell press 5 sets 10 reps
    dips 5 sets as many reps as possible

    thursday: legs
    5 sets leg press 5 reps
    hamsting curls 5 sets
    calf raises 5 sets high reps

    friday: push/pull (strength)
    bench press 5 sets 3 reps
    barbell row 5 sets 5 reps
    laterall raises 5 sets 5 reps
    some bicep & tricep

    sat/sunday rest

    like i said my goal is strength not size am i good to go ?

    Didn't go through your list but I'll answer the question in the title.

    Is it OK to train chest 3 times per week? Yes and No.

    Yes, because it's not going to hurt you.

    No, because you're not allowing ample time for recovery, which is how growth happens. You grow when you rest, not at the gym. So in short, you will benefit FAR more from rest, than you would from frequent trainings. training 3 times per week will prove that growth will be incredibly slow or even plateau.
