    Need Advice on a cycle

    Hey everyone first of a little info on myself, and sorry for any silly spelling errors im doing this off my phone.

    I am 6'0
    185 lbs
    bf guessing at 13-15 could very well be wrong.

    I have done one cycle before I was on t400 @800mg/week
    deca @300mg/ week.
    I ran this cycle for 10 weeks got to 205 was much stronger but very bloated and did not have a clean diet.

    My goals are
    Put on lean mass
    I would like to end up around the 190-200 range and 8-10%bf.

    I have a hard time putting on weight as it is. My diet right now consists of steak and rice for lunch and supper. I have quick mass as my protein powder which adds around 3000 calories per day. I have one shake for breakfast one between lunch and supper and one immediately after the gym at night. The reason I do not eat better in the morning is because of my work I am up at 430 off to work and back to the hotel around 8pm so im open to suggestions on my diet as well

    For my next cycle this is what I was thinking. I am looking for advice on dosages as well open to all suggestions on changing my cycle

    Week 1-15 test400 @600mg/week
    Week 1-15 tren e @200mg/week
    Week 1-6 Dianabol 50mg/ day
    Week 10-15 anavar 50mg/day
    Arimidex @0.25 mg eod
    hgh at 3ui ed

    The reason I picked t400 as my test is because I don't know the benefits of the other tests by themselves. I am not a big fan of the after injection pain that t400 comes with. If someone could lay out a better option for a test and why I am all ears I would like to try something different. Like test e.

    My thoughts behind picking tren e was if I put tren e in the same syringe as t400 I could stretch pinning to every 3rd day..... I also want the tren to stay lean and from what iv researched it sounds like the gear I want. Tren a might be a better option as I have not supplemented with tren before.... Suggestions

    Dianabol was just to jump start my results and get the ball rolling faster

    Anavar is to cut down and lean out at the end of my cycle to be in shape I want

    Hgh is to keep my results as well I have a bad shoulder and knee due to a quad crash. Hopefully this will help with any damages.

    Please be blunt but also helpful this is my first post I feel im with in all the rules and can not wait to hear from everyone.

    If you are running that I hope you have some good liver support? And you need to be on HCG 250ius twice a week 3.5 days apart starting week 1 right up to 3 days before your PCT starts good luck.

    Aparently I have missed a very important part in my cycle. What will the hcg at that dosage be doing for me.

    hCG helps maintain your natural testosterone production & prevent your balls from shrinking lol

    In case you didn't know most all of us on this forum do not think people should be doing steroids at such a young age. Have you done any reading on the young and steroids, on here? You may only get advise to stop. ...crazy mike

    Ok I underatand that. What if I hold off on the cycle till 25 ish. I dont have a problem doing that. Obviously I want to do it now but I will check out the young steroids. But I still want to make a cycle up research it from start to completion of ptc and look for other posts learn about the drugs whats best and still get everyones advice on what I should do once I do decided to take the plunge. Like I said im in no rush to do it tomorrow I just want to get solid facts and information on a well built cycle so I cam cover every end and learn as much about this stack well before I do it.

    Ok man. I hope you wait. Now you are new to this forum so I suggest you spend some time reading and learning so you don't ask Q's that seem to be Simple Simon to the knowledgeable aas user. There are basics. Read what I mentioned and more of the sticky's. Get to know more about your diet. More about the steroid profiles. Know more about the problems with high Estrogen levels , aside from just Gyno. Good luck hang around and take notes. Good luck . ...crazy mike

    That diet hurts my eyes....I'd work on your diet first...Dude Quick Mass is HORRIBLE...You do realize you're getting like 500 grams of carbs from those shakes?

    Then including whatever else you eat...You're probably getting like 600 + grams of bad carbs in per day....Not to mention even "So-called" real shakes are kind of useless in my mind....

    If you can't stick to a better diet there really isn't a reason to be running anything....

    That is a pretty big cycle for only being your second one. Especially since you haven't used most of those compounds before. Like calstate said, work on your diet first.

    Thanks guys ill hold off work on my diet get solid basics first such as my diet and supplements. By the time I figure out a way to do that I may be old enough to run gear with out fear of harming my body and when I do ill run something simple for my second cycle like sust 250 and eq. Thanks everyone. I was ahead of myself and am a long ways off of being able to run a cycle properly. Ill stick around learn and in a few years ill have an idea of what is a realistic cycle and approach it with a much broader knowledge level.

    Hello,

    1st/2nd cycle sust 250 ew for 10 weeks.
    3rd cycle test e 250 ew and eq 300 ew for 10 weeks.
    4th cycle test e 500 ew and eq 600 ew weeks 1-10 and whinny 50 eod weeks 8-12.

    I'm planing on doing my 5th cycle and wanted some ideas of what would be the best stack to gaing as much lean mass that will stay on. My last cycle was 5 months ago I've never had problems with side effects.

    5'9
    170lbs
    Around 8% bf
    I've been working out for the last 10 years off and on.

    As for diet and work I know it can be hard to try to cook and take with you but you can make it pretty easy....

    Wake up in the morning....First thing turn oven to 350 degrees....Takes what, 5 minutes to preheat....Then take your beef, fish, chicken or any other meats you would eat for the day and put it on the tray and pop it in the oven...

    Cooks while you shower, brush your teeth, get dressed...20 minutes food is done and you did it while also getting ready....Take all your food put it in a cooler...There you go, set for the day!
