Hi Guys. not been on forum for a while. I work on the fishing boats so spend extended periods at sea on short notice which seriously interferes with any programs I try to implement.
I'm running a cycle of 50mg dbol stacked with with 1ml of Test400 every 4 days. I intent to run this for 6weeks then drop the dbol and replace with sus250 and continue with the test400 for the final 6 weeks.Ai's in place and so far all good. But time away from gym is killing me. Have tried using progressive calisthetics while on boat so at least I'm in some form of training while away from gym.
Is there a high intensity programme I can follow while in the gym that will minimise the negative effects of not having that set routine of knowing exactly which days I'll have access to the weights?
Also the cycle I'm using is correct for my personal situation?
My goal is Max gains to the point of mutant proportions....lol
I am 5'9 and 85/7kg.
