I3C vs DIM?

Yeah I've seen that article. The guys that run LEF are outstanding folks, just like the guys over at Examine.com. They love debunking theories and do a great job. The comparison is accurate if you're looking for all the added benefit + cost.

However, NuMedica DIM-Estro contains Curcumin & BioPerine alongside DIM, which would not only provide all the missing benefits, but even more.

For basic TRT purposes, really there is no issue with DIM as the sole compound.

^^^^You are 100% correct. Good article. I love the guys at LEF. They have some great articles on TRT. One of the few that say 700-1100 is the optimal range for TT and that ref range is not optimal. Which I totally agree with 100%. They are very pro TRT. They are a non-profit and sell outstanding meds. I use to be a wholesaler for LEF and cherry picked all their products to use on my TRT patients to come up with the best custom supplementation for fuel injector for their TRT. I have since come out with my own line of nutraceuticals taking what i learned from my ginny pig experiments with patients to maximize their TRT. Also, I cant say enough good things about Numedica from their meal replacements to thyroid control nutraceuticals. They are all oustanding products!! Great quality. Favorite brand of DIM. which would fill in the holes like austinite said with the DIM vs. I3C. For the purposes of TRT (antiE) really any brand of DIM would work as long as its USP/GMP/ approved or you know it comes from a reputable source. Zinc 50mg/Copper 2-3mg/DIM 200mg work great in reducing or even stoppping the use of anastrozole.

^ Absolutely. DIM/zinc/Copper is the Gold Standard (As LowT Mike would say ) for over the counter inhibitors. Exactly what I use and have eliminated the need for Anastrozole.

Sounds good, thanks for the responses guys. I just changed up my Arimidex dose and will look into the DIM after my next set of labs. Trying to get down to 10-12% bf, hopefully eliminating the Arimidex all together.

Can we use DIN or I3C with an AI like arimidex or in my case aromasin? Can they be taken at the same time to hopefully result in needing less of the AI?

Yes, if you're on TRT. If you're on a cycle, it won't do much.
