If I run a cycle approx 15 weeks of test cypionate at 250 twice a week do I really need HCG? And do I need clomid or nolva or both. This is my first and need advice

You would need all of it. You are going to need to do some research, lay out your stats and proposed cycle including the use of an AI, hcg and pct for me to help you

I'm 33 190 lbs 15% body fat. Been lifting 5 years. I planned on using 250 of test cyp mon am and 250 thur pm. I read to use HCG thru out cycle up until the last two weeks and start pct 2 weeks after my last injection of test cyp because its a long ester. Am I anywhere close? Correct me where I'm wrong please Some said wait til the end of cycle to use HCG but others said use it thru out to avoid complications with the LH hormone production Long term.

Right you want to run hcg during your cycle as it mimics lh production signaling the testies to fire. I suggest running from the beginning of your cycle right up to 3 days prior to starting pct. you need to run an AI on cycle to keep estrogen at bay as well

200-250 iu 2 x EW on the hcg is enough to maintain testicular function during the administration of exogenous testosterone

You just need to do the math. If you are running a ten week cycle you will need 500x12 to get you through to pct. yes pct starts 2 weeks from last pin of test. Pct is nolvadex and Clomid ran daily for about 4 weeks. Look at the pct stickys and post up your proposed pct for review. It's better this way if you do the leg work so you understand these things better

Test 500 EW split 2 pins 3.5 days apart 10 weeks

Hcg 250 iu 2 x EW weeks 1-12
AI your proposed dose?
Pct 14 days from test pin
Clomid dose 4 weeks
Nolvadex dose 4 weeks
Thus will be easier to read

Thanks bro. I'm ordering ASAP. Would have already ordered but I was afraid I may get screw over I've found nothing but good reviews on this guy. I hate that I can't know for sure that he's straight before I order. Just don't have the cheese to just throw away ya feel me? But by waiting I found out I had to have the HCG at the same time. I plan on running some Clen along with pct. good idea or bad?

Sorry bro that must not be up to date. Arimidex and aromasin are ai's for on cycle to lower circulating estrogen. Serms are used for pct because they compete for the receptor in your mammary gland fighting off gyno but do not lower circulating estrogen while promoting lh function for faster recovery. They both have there place but you want to use an AI on cycle to keep circulating estrogen down and the serm(Clomid or nolvadex) for pct. on cycle either arimidex at .25 eod or aromasin at 12.5 Ed should work but depending on how sensitive you are you may need to adjust the dose. For pct a good starting point is nvadex 40/40/20/20 Clomid 100/50/50/50. If the sides are to much from the Clomid you can lower the dose during week 1. Make sense?

Letro is for a more advanced user IMHO or to fight of gyno. It is very strong and can cripple your estrogen. You don't want that either cause your body needs a natural balance of testosterone and estrogen

Adam you can get Arimidex from our sponsor Ar-r. Listen it seems you got a quick course in all this and that's not good. This is not really a joke, everything we speak of. You should if you don't have a very goo and clear understanding of everything, Do you know about your Estrogen and level of that. Do you know that you are not taking and Arimidex just to fight Gyno, etc...? Are you clear on all these things like what PCT does? ...crazy mike

Bro I have already listed this out for you if you just take the time to read the posts. Please make sure you have done your research though you say you have learned a lot I am not convinced that you are ready to cycle. You can cause some real damage if you don't do this correctly. Do your research and as I told you earlier list out your proposed cycle, hcg , AI usage and pct
