I am curious what I am sitting around, I think 16-17%, gym boys saying im lower then that. can I get your input.
I am 5"10 and 197lbs

I think as much as 15% but that might be just a bit high. Could be 13% to 14% but in that area. 14% You are NOT 16%-17% ...crazy mike
