I am 36, 6.2 and 223lb, bf around 20%. I just started hrt with 200 test cyp per week. I workout at least 3-5 times a week for about an hr to hr 1/2 each time. Diet is high protein low carb.
My question is will 200 per week really help me to get lean or would I need to run more? I have never had a six pack regardless of how hard I work out or how good my diet is (prob due to low T). I could run 400 per week for 10 weeks then go back to 200 but not sure how much good test cup will do for fat loss. Any suggestions would be welcome; diet advice, workout plan, additional sups, etc...
