    looking for a good cutting steroid????

    Im looking to loose a little more weight and tone up some more... and I know I'm prob going to be told steroids aren't a replacement for diet and exercise to loose weight... I am aware of this and I have a pretty strict diet in place already and am doing tons of cardio and weight lifting but have hit a Plato. I was 6'5 266 approx. 17% BMI im now down to 240 and around 14% and cant get rid of that annoying fat around my abs ive been doing research for a cutting steroid and have been getting lots of conflicting info... any help would be nice im 25 6'5 240 and fight armature mma so im not looking so much to get huge I just want to slim down a bit more and get tonned.

    I'm a fan of austinites fat cutting stack. It has helped me get past a plateau. It's not hard to find on here.

    usually when steroids are used for cutting you need to be under 10% BF. sorry but your best bet is diet and more exercise. also consider Austinite's Fat Loss Protocol.

    And you're at 240 lbs eating 1350 cal and you are not losing weight?

    id be 140lbs if I ate 1350 cals a day.

    OP it is better just to diet down first, you need to be lean before you see really good results out of stanozolol....Masterone...anavar...and tren can also be used for cutting.

    Even if you are 6'5 which is VERY tall, 240 can look good on you, if its the right 240. I think I misunderstood your bodyfat, did you say 14%? that's fairly lean bro at 240, id be happy.

    One of my favorite apps is "MyFitnessPal" great for accurately counting calories quickly..... myself at 6'4 230# at 2200 calories a day it feels like starvation... just saying.... I do know others who can do much less.....

    I've never ate much so 1300 isn't too hard for me and as for the 240 pretty much the only fat I have left is in my stomach... I dropped the rest from that diet... my fitness pal is the application I use to log my calories

    Something is amiss. Particularly if you lost 26lbs and only dropped by 3% bodyfat.

    Please list your usual diet, including amounts/weights, so we can estimate your intake.

    How long have you been eating your estimated 1300cals a day?

    Buddy that's like a third of your tdee. There is no way. As Black has asked so am I, please list everything you ate yesterday.

    I had 4 oz of sirloin steak with two egg whites

    4 oz chicken breast 3oz green veggies

    4 oz sirloin steak 3 oz green veggies 1 oz almonds

    4 oz chicken brest 4 oz green veggies

    5 oz taliapa

    and that bmi was a rough estimate as I don't have access to a bod pod or anything like that... had to use a tinita scale

    I'm not even sure there's as many as 1300cals in that lot.

    And your diet previous to that?

    I'm trying to ascertain how long you have been eating super low calories. If we try and increase them too much it may lead to a quick, and large, fat gain. Although judging by your comments above I'd guess for some time. You have lost a substantial amount of muscle if your figures are correct. You will continue to do so as long as you eat like this.

    BTW, my 3 year old girl eats more calories than that plan. She is bulking though

    previous to that I wasn't on nearly as strict of a diet I was just eating between 1500 and 1900 and was following the dolce diet

    the biggest reason im trying to drop the weight fast is im trying to get into the air force and need to drop a bit to hit there weight requirements
    otherwise id go on a far less extreme diet

    There isn't a set time I have to hit the Weight by... but I'd like to get in ASAP. I need to be 228

    I run on the elliptical for about an hour or I'll go on the treadmill uphill at like 15% incline at around 4.5 MPH for 45 min to an hour

    I lift 3-4 and cardio 4-6 just depends on when I get off work
