    New Guy from South Florida

    Hiya folks, Just wanted to say hello and I'm looking forward to speaking with some of you along the way to get advice. I'm 41, 6' and around 255 #'s. I just recently moved to South Florida from WNY. My job in NY was pretty much a desk job. I just turned 41 and feel like I have missed out on having a great body to share with the wife and think its about time to get the results. Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.     Hey man, very cool. listen at 41 you're still young and can get into this sport and have the body you will be proud of some day. Do as the others have said.

    Have patience w/yourself and you gains as you get better fit and build. It's a marathon as they say. There is NO easy way. Dedication and hard work proves results, but patience.
