I agree that he needs to check and get on proper diet. I agree that he doesn't know what he is doing so he shouldn't.
BUT as far as he shouldn't or is not ready to do steroids on the premise that at 6' and 190lbs being a factor, BULLSH!T. I have been around and have seen so much. I have seen more skinny guys get big. MUSCLE MASS I mean not the bloat or the fatty tissue. I for one would not have qualified to you guys back in my beginning. My diet was pretty good back then. I worked at the gym with some awesome BB's and studied the sport, lifting tech and movethe proper movements. I got educated on my training. I as worked as hard as I could. I pushed, I puked on leg day, I was sore, I ate every two hours and I grew, this on steroids.
I did good for a VERY skinny guy. I have placed in the top five etc... But I don't have enough to brag, at all, However I proved this thing about weight, in general, BULLSH!T.
Really I also did what I did using rec-drugs. So you =might say well, crazy you never really got big. I gained and gained and I build hard mass. To this day, after my lay off of 25 years, I came back with some muscle memory. That means the tissues were more and the base is here. I never would have gotten this far in 10 months with three month off for an operation if I didn't build good solid mass.
I agree there is a limit as to how light and how long you've been training before you start, But BS on the 6' and 190lbs being not ready. Sorry no offense to anyone, this is only MY OPINION. THX .......crazy mike
NOTE: Every other thing you guys say about dropping Tren and on and on, I agree I just get tired of these set in stone demeaning comments to newbie and alike. IMOP he is not too light. This is MY only point here. ....crazy mike
