For me - one meal - anything I want. THEN back on the diet.
It never seems to hurt me, and I come back stronger.
you can actually eat anything you want and as much as you want. one day a week won't put much on you, you'll burn it off in no time.

^ Yep did this for a long time and never had fat stored... Plus when I ate all the things I wanted it made me almost sick of them which helped me stick to my strict diet for the following week...
Not knowing how much you go over is part of the fun...who gives a shit and just eat some delicious foods
1 meal Window of anything. Usually a double cheese bacon avocado burger with fries and cheese cake or ice cream bizzard after!!!
However cheat meals I believe work only if your doing a lower carb spot on diet. Much like the video says

Its more about your blood sugar being stable for a week and then you shock it.
