    Tricep pumps !!!

    Hey bros,

    Need an advice... I'm seem to be getting insane triceps pumps. At first it was fine, but it's getting to the point where I can't bend my arms to full extent and it hurts like hell. In addition, when I engage in push-up exercises it feels like my arms are going to break - right between my elbows... wtf ?

    P.S
    I'm not taking any AAS (Haven't qualified as of yet ... Training naturally... hitting each muscle group twice a week for 45min per session. Any thoughts ?

    I would say rest them, I work arms one day a week and it seems to be doing well for me. Too little time to recover and you wont get anywhere... Hope the pain subsides!!

    You individually work your triceps twice a week ? Among all the other work they get in other exercises?
    If so that's to much man, more isn't always better, take it back a notch and let them recover

    Yeah I do work them individually, but never had this problem before. Pain seemed to vanished after few days of rest. Hitting triceps today, we'll see how it goes. Thanks for advice
