Need an advice... I'm seem to be getting insane triceps pumps. At first it was fine, but it's getting to the point where I can't bend my arms to full extent and it hurts like hell. In addition, when I engage in push-up exercises it feels like my arms are going to break - right between my elbows... wtf ?
P.S
I'm not taking any AAS (Haven't qualified as of yet... Training naturally... hitting each muscle group twice a week for 45min per session. Any thoughts ?
