about to start first cycle and really need to get my calories in. So was just curious because if it does this I might just drop it if i notice im not hungry. thoughts?

Hcg is helpful with weight control in preg women. It's what helps regulate the amount of fat they gain during term. Hence the diet craze ! You know how that works, if it sounds easy( just take this you don't have to workout it will burn fat$ ) fat people flock to it.

not when i used it that being said i dont anymore and wont (i know im about to get flammed for this)
i dont mind shrinkage hcg sends a polar opposite message to the body than test the body will only truely respond to one the test one says turn off one says turn on the turn off message is stronger ha
it does help with shrinkage but not enough for me to really care
