    My supplements

Okay at the moment I'm a rookie that needs to gain weight quick.... I have just done a cycle of sustanon 250 and isomorph wpi protein (that's it) for 5 weeks and at the end of my 2 week break about to start my much more intense cycle.

I gymed about 4-5 times a week and injected twice a week at 1ml or 500mg. I had protein every morning with milk and straight after the gym with water. I drank about 4L of water a day. With sleep averaging 8-10 hours a night.

I gained 4.5 kilos in 5 weeks and am now standing at 72.5kgs at 6'1.... so yeah I'm skinny.

    MY NEXT CYCLE:
-In the morning I am having 1 tablet of Dbol, protein cereal, 4g of creatine (creaform) and a isomorph wpi protein shake with milk.

-During the day I am looking to be drinking around 7-8L a day and eating pure carbs and protein to just gain. Cutting out all fat and sugar out of my diet. This includes cutting out both drinking and smoking (I've heard it raises your metabolism and suppresses your appetite).

-Hour before gym I am taking 7.5g of optimum nutrition amino acids in 300mL of water.

-Just before gym (5 times a week) I am taking 2 scoops of pre-workout and 4g of creatine

-During gym I am having 9g of amino acids in 350ml of water.

-After gym I am taking isomorph wpi protein shake with water.

-At night I take 1 tablet of Dbol

Every Wednesday afternoon and every Sunday morning I inject with sustanon 250.

    Gym:
    Day 1: Chest and abs

    Day 2: Legs and Glutes

    Day 3: Rest - small walk (500m)

Day 4: Back, Traps and Bi's

    Day 5: Shoulders and abs

    Day 6: Bi's, Tri's and Forearms

    Day 7: Rest - Average walk (1km)

I was wondering if this seems like a suitable amount of supps for maximum gains?

Not asking for hate of a change of my routine i just put it in there to save questions. I hope I get some feedback!

I really don't like sustanon.. Any compound with many esters is a headache for me..

    Alot of wrong here.

You need a solid diet first. Nothing I saw looked good for gaining weight. I'd look at the diet section. Read and ask questions.

As far as gear I wouldn't do anymore until the diet is sorted. Plus your not even running a real cycle.

Btw you should be open to change and/or routine. That is how we all grow.

Let's get this right. You ran a 5 week cycle is sust and stopped just as soon as it was about to kick in? You have had 2 weeks off, no PCT planned, and are jumping straight back on?

You are going to consume zero fat yet you want to grow?

You had protein twice a day on your first 'cycle' and gained 4.5kg?

You intend to drink 7-8 litres of water a day?

Man at your height and your weight you need to forget about AAS and focus on your diet and training. 6'1 at less than 160lbs!!!!!

Hopefully you already have your PCT meds and you should run your pct 18 days after your last pin, so that should be any day now.

    And your cardio? Please, 500m?

I was once a national 800m runner that was an utter twig... do not want to get addicted to running again. This is why I do limited cardio and I enjoy middle distance walks

I can easily down water cause I rarely bloat. During PCT ive been upping reps and and maintaining just under my max whilst taking my protein.

I have such a fast metabolism that gaining weight is a real struggle and I only gained 5lbs over 3 months without roids whilst maintaining a very aggressive diet.

Can I please just have some thoughts on the supps?

What pct are you running? If you are only 2 weeks since your last pin your pct shouldn't really have started yet.

Not sure why you have upped your reps either?

7-8 litres of water is a ridiculous amount. Half it or less.

You should be focusing on your diet, no amount of supplementation will make up for a substandard diet.

I'd suggest you hit up the nutrition forum and post your weight gain diet over there.
