HELP: First Cycle, 2nd pin and I passed out

Ok so I'm running my first cycle @ 400 mg Test E per week (pinning monday and thursday) and 35 mg a day of liquid dbol split morning and evening. I'm 30 years old, about 180 and 12% BF if any of that is pertinent to the thread.

Anyway, my girlfriend is a registered nurse and has been for 2 years. I'm letting her do the pinning because she gives shots all the time. Even test shots in some cases. So Monday is my first pin and it went perfect. I'm using a 1 ml syringe and 5/8's needle, pinning in the left delt Monday, and right delt this morning. A little soreness a few inches below the injecting site but that's going away more and more every day. Today it's barely noticeable. I chalked that up to "noob muscle".

This morning, we get up about 5:30 and get the gear out and start the process. Everything is going good. I *felt* like I was totally calm and normal. I have a very high pain tolerance and no fear of needles at all. She gets the area cleaned, sticks the needle in and proceeds to very slowly push the test in. Everything's going good, she says "you ok" and i'm like "yup, all good ... oh" When I said oh I could tell something was happening but not sure what. About 3 seconds later I started getting light headed and shit started fading to black. My gf said I was ooohhhh ok whoaaaaaoaoaa and started trying to sit down and then went totally limp. I came to about 20 seconds later she said. Since I came to, the only lasting effects that weren't there before is just some soreness in my neck just under my ears. I'm chalking that up to straining it when I fell?

Now, like I said, I have a very high tolerance for pain and no fear of needles so passing out from the stress of it all seems unlikely. I'm not ruling it out of course, but it seems unlikely. Is there anything in Test E that, if it went directly into the blood stream, would cause someone to go out like a light? Could it be dirty gear? Like I said, the pin Monday was flawless and the lab is talked about highly around here but I know there is always a risk. It's kinda freaking me out since this is just my 2nd pin ever and I've already had this happen. I still have .6 ml in the syringe as well. Is it safe to switch to a new needle and try to finish it off?

if it happens again see a doc, otherwise dont worry too much about it..

I think you will be k, yes u can change the needle and finish the gear if their no blood in it and it's done immediately. And yes I agree kronik if it happens again have your gf ask a dr?

there isn't any blood in it but its still in the syringe at home. I was feeling way to weird to try and do it again at that time. Plus I was scared it was something in the stuff I was injecting that may have caused it.

I would just junk it, small chance of contamination, but why take any chance? its k bro, I think you just passed out from stress, even though you "felt" calm you where not. My wife in a RN and it will get better with normalcy.

I have been reading non stop this a.m. both here and other forums and 99% of them are saying it was nerves. I just don't understand how that could be though because Monday I was fine. The way it happened tho is almost identical to everyone else stories of nerves being the case.

Agree with all of the above !!

I have pinned at least 15 people this last couple of years and they all react differently to pinning

I would start again do your glutes relax and watch the tv whilst your girl pins the area is big

Use a 1" pin for this.
Make sure she aspirates.
Anxiety probably caused it. It can happen.
Learn to pin yourself and not depend on others.
Drop the dbol. Learn what test will do for you first before you add in other compounds.
Hopefully you are also going to use an AI and HCG and have pct in hand.

I was very worried about it being the gear being that Ive never injected anything before and I've heard horror stories about UGL shit ****ing you up. This experience surely isn't going to help the nerves part of it lol. I did read that empty stomach and having your knees locked can cause you to pass out sometimes. Both of those were true in this case as it was first thing in the morning and I was standing up in the bathroom. Just to be clear tho, there is 0% chance that anything in the gear would cause almost immediate black out?

I am taking .25 mg of arimidex eod and I do have clomid and nolva on hand. I don't have any HCG however, but I'm aware of the risks there.

Good. It's available. Search it up and get on it if possible.
