Hey guys/gals, new to the site and looking for some info as specific to my situation as possible. Ok a little background on me, 5'10 195lbs approx 20% Bf (high I know but keep reading). I was in the service for 10 yrs and avidly lifted (no aas) but I have had a lot of joint and tendon injuries. 2 left shoulder repairs (cartilage and 2 tendons) 1 torn biceps repair (tore large head ligament) 1 left wrist surgery (shattered and is pined but with only mild mobility loss).
So now here is my question.... I'm getting back in to regular lifting and would like re commendations on good supplements to use for joint health. I've only ever used and currently use glucosamine. And what if any aas should I consider using later on after I get to the proper point with my lifting/body base.
