    Started Lifting weights 2012 until now 1 serious year not using any diet plan just eating whats on hand and training 5 times a week
    naturally thinking about taking a cycle but need more experience and information before and get my bf % down
    supplemented on whey protein and glutamine kreatin multi/c/omega-3 for a solid year

    I'm not trying to be a dick but the only difference I see is the tattoo.you may want to try and get your diet dialed in a little better it will make a big difference.

    As previously stated, you need to get a hold on your diet before considering AAS.

    Do you have an idea of your caloric and macro need?

    As far as fat goes, I don't think you should be concerned at that point. IMO you are lean enough to go on and bulk.

    Just started on making a diet plan yesterday i cant post the link but its in the diet forum
